3. Permitted Use & Prohibitions
(a) You MAY use this work for: (i) personal; (ii) non-profit use; (iii) meaning you can use them on your personal computer as either your wallpaper or on a screensaver; (iv) you may use them on your myspace or facebook page as so long you don't break any of the prohibitions; (v) you may link or display the image on forums so long as your are not breaking any prohibitions; (vi) if you use them on a personal webpage please the image must be used as it's displayed and also provide a link to my page

4. Prints & Packages
(a) All payment must be received in full before the order will be processed. Once the payment is received the order will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow an extra week or two if ordering larger prints.

(b) Regardless of size, all of our products are made to provide you with the best possible image quality and workmanship. All prints will not be watermarked.

(c) Pictures can be purchased at any time. Paypal is the main way to purchase the pictures. With cart option if you want to pay by paypal be sure to click the paypal button after you hit confirm. Other wise you can follow the instructions sent in the email and pay by check. If paying by check the order will be sent once the check clears. Pictures will be printed and mailed out in the evenings and on the weekend since I work from 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri.

(d) Because the way the cart its setup the packages are setup for a single image. I'm willing to split the packages with multiple images but you must specify to me either in the paypal checkout or by email if you'd like for the images to be split and what the images are. If you don't specify then the package will contain all the same image.

5. Reporting Violations
If you come across a site a person who is breaking the terms of use you may get a hold of me either by email or by contacting me of instant messenger. Also please provide either a direct link or pictures of the violation so that way I can then contact the violator.

6. Terms of Agreement
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy shall be to discontinue using the Service. This Agreement is effective until it is terminated. You can terminate this Agreement by destorying the Content and any Permitted Derivative Works, along with any copies or archives of it or accompanying materials (if applicable), and ceasing to use the Content for any purpose.
